When you book: first and last name, phone, email, the chosen service, date and time.

To prevent abuse we temporarily store the IP address the booking was made from (up to 24 hours).

To book and manage your appointment, email you a confirmation and a reminder, and contact you if something changes — processing necessary to provide the service you requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To keep the system secure and prevent abuse — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Booking data is kept for up to 24 months after the appointment date and then deleted.

We never sell your data or share it for marketing. The site is hosted by cloud providers (Vercel, Supabase) and emails are sent through Resend; they process data only on our behalf.

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies — only a strictly necessary cookie for staff sign-in.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. You can cancel a booking at any time using the link from your confirmation. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
